




Position Summary: Ensure the execution of quality processes in 3PL warehouses, guaranteeing standards, product integrity, and operational efficiency in high-turnover environments. Key Highlights: 1. Manage quality in multi-client 3PL logistics operations. 2. Implement controls to reduce shrinkage and operational errors. 3. Lead corrective actions and process and product audits. Objective Guarantee the proper execution of quality processes within the 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with customer standards, product integrity, and operational efficiency in a dynamic, high-turnover environment with stringent service-level requirements. Requirements Education Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Experience 3–5 years of quality experience in warehouses or distribution centers (CEDIS). Proven experience in multi-client 3PL operations. Experience in operational start-ups or account implementations (desirable). Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e\-commerce products. Key Responsibilities **Supervise quality processes in:** Receiving (validation vs. ASN / PO) Storage (conditions and location) Order picking (accuracy and handling) Shipping (final validation) Ensure compliance with client-specific standards (retail, consumer goods, e\-commerce). Implement controls to reduce shrinkage, damage, and picking errors. Manage non-conformances and lead corrective actions (CAPA). Conduct process and product audits (layered audits). Track quality-related operational incidents. Ensure full product traceability (lots, dates, etc., where applicable). Coordinate segregation and disposition of non-conforming products. Train operational staff (high turnover in the area). Align processes with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE). Participate in onboarding of new clients or accounts (3PL implementations).
