Job Responsibilities * Process product payments, refunds, withdrawals, and cash register closing. * Provide excellent customer service through product checkout and packaging. * Provide after-sales service and support to customers. * Provide basic financial services (accepting payments, agreements, Bancoppel agency services, as well as referring customers to the New Customers module for credit processing). * Receive customer payments. * Assist in cleaning, product organization, and sales. * Deliver memorable service. * Digitize customer information from those who provide authorization, entering into the system: email, phone number, and general data, with the goal of increasing the digital customer base. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one day off. Store hours according to Coppel schedule.
