Gardening Position Salary: MXN $10,355 net per month Company: Punto Sao Paulo Requirements: Basic knowledge of gardening. Experience in irrigating green areas. Pruning shrubs and general maintenance. Cleaning and caring for green areas. Soil and plant management. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks. Location: Providencia Neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jalisco Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:30–14:30; Saturday, 06:30–12:30 Benefits: Weekly payments. 100% base salary contribution to IMSS. Vacation: 13 days in the first year and 25% vacation bonus, based on net tabulated salary. Punctuality bonus: 6% Performance bonus: 6% Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): As stipulated by law, 15 days. Savings fund: 4%. Food vouchers: 10%, deposited onto TOKA card. Cafeteria service.
