**On-Site and Remote Technical Support Engineer (Robotics / Electronics)** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco. **Job Description** Are you passionate about technology, robotics, and connectivity? Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized technical support (both remote via phone and on-site) for our latest-generation commercial robots. If you have experience in industrial maintenance, networking, and enthusiasm for continuously learning about new technologies, this position is for you! **What You Will Do With Us:** * Provide personalized technical consultation to customers via telephone and in person (on-site). * Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical and electronic components. * Configure and implement connectivity networks to ensure proper equipment operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our fleet of robots. * Travel to service locations for equipment installation and support. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, **Electrical Engineering**, **Mechatronics Engineering**, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years of field technical support, networking, or equipment maintenance experience. * **Driver's License:** Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Identification and diagnosis of electrical/electronic components. * Configuration of network infrastructure (**RS 485, Wi\-Fi, Ethernet**). * Advanced use of web browsers and digital diagnostic tools. * **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication (customer interaction), organization, and strong self-learning ability. **Which Products Will You Master With Us?** We will thoroughly train you in support, implementation, and maintenance of market-leading commercial robots. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** $15,000 to $20,000 per month. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Ongoing, specialized technical training in robotics. * Professional growth and development plan. **Work Location:** * **Work Area:** Zapopan, Jalisco. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday.
