




**About the Company** A leading international company in the design and manufacturing of testing and automation equipment for the electronic manufacturing industry. **Position Objective:** Design, develop, and document mechanical solutions for ICT fixtures and associated equipment, ensuring functionality, precision, compliance with customer technical specifications, and company quality standards. **Profile Requirements** Education: * Preferred professional background in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.** * English: Intermediate/Advanced Experience: * Minimum **2 years in ICT fixture design** or similar mechanical equipment. * Knowledge and/or experience with **ICT fixtures** highly valued. Technical Skills: * Technical drawing and 2D/3D modeling. * Manufacturing processes, machining, and assembly. * GD&T, FEA. * Material and mechanical component selection. * Proficiency with software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and equivalent tools. * Preparation and management of technical documentation and bills of materials (BOM). Main Responsibilities: * **Develop mechanical designs** of parts, components, and **ICT fixtures** according to customer specifications. * Select appropriate materials and components to **ensure functionality, quality, and durability of the design.** * **Create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and models** to support the manufacturing process. * Perform dimensional, structural, and functional calculations and analyses to **ensure design feasibility.** * Coordinate with relevant departments for proper **project integration.** * Monitor the **manufacturing and validation** of fixtures, ensuring **compliance with timelines and defined standards.** * Participate in **technical reviews and propose design improvements** aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including drawings, material lists **(BOM)**, and change reports.
