RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, and supervise all Human Resources Department processes to ensure a strong organizational culture, a healthy work environment, and legal, administrative, and operational compliance in the management of Gorilla Crown's personnel. 1\. Create and document all HR department processes. 2\. Build the organizational culture aligned with Gorilla Crown’s values. 3\. Guarantee legal compliance in labor matters. 4\. Ensure effective staff recruitment. 5\. Properly manage payrolls, incidents, and records. 6\. Support Management in disciplinary procedures and improving the work environment. 7\. Promote training and talent development programs. 8\. Design performance evaluation systems. 9\. Implement strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities · Draft employment contracts, agreements, and personnel legal documentation. · Manage payrolls, incidents, and bonuses. · Perform calculations for severance payments and terminations. · Maintain a complete and updated personnel file archive. · Carry out recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. · Develop monthly training programs. · Create and promote organizational culture and work climate. · Implement performance evaluation processes. · Coordinate disciplinary actions and warnings according to internal policies. · Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law. · Generate reports on turnover, absenteeism, climate, training, and headcount. · Safeguard confidential employee information. · Manage benefits, permissions, leaves, and vacations. · Participate in aligning structure, organizational charts, and roles.
