Possibility of permanent employment and career advancement in the logistics sector A growing logistics company specializing in comprehensive transportation and warehousing solutions is looking for a **Security Supervisor** with a strong sense of responsibility, operational leadership, and a results-driven approach. **Shift:** **Mixed** **Job Objective** Ensure the protection of assets, facilities, and personnel; identify and prevent any factors that may lead to unsafe conditions; guarantee compliance with security regulations. **Required Profile** * Industrial and asset security. * Safety and hygiene; occupational safety and health. * KPI management. * Liaison with government agencies. * Government-related procedures. * Cargo auditing. * Implementation of the 5S methodology. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Security, or related field. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and assign tasks to the team under your supervision. * Greet all internal and external personnel and ensure their entry and exit are properly recorded in the corresponding logbook. * Use the gate pass system for contractors, visitors, and staff before their entry to and exit from the company premises. * Manage vehicle traffic for visitors and carriers. * Identify and report facility damages to the relevant departments. * Halt activities violating safety and hygiene standards, asset security policies, and/or occupational safety and health regulations. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $15,000 * Performance-based bonuses. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Probationary contract with potential for permanent employment. * Accelerated professional development. * Genuine opportunities for career advancement within the organization. * Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company characterized by high operational dynamism. **What Are We Looking For?** Individuals with professional ambition who wish to develop their careers in the logistics sector and progress into positions of increasing responsibility within the organization.
