




Job Description: Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of administrative and operational personnel. * Posting job openings and attracting talent through various channels. * Administering and interpreting psychometric tests. * Conducting initial, competency-based, and exit interviews. * Compilation, control, and safekeeping of employee records. * Coordinating induction and initial training processes. * Assisting in the identification of training needs (DNC). * Participating in workplace climate and talent retention programs. * Managing and updating candidate databases. * Coordinating with department heads to fill vacancies promptly. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and recruitment software. * Knowledge of psychometric testing and interviewing techniques. * Intermediate English level desirable. Skills and Competencies: * Organization, order, and discipline in document handling. * Analytical thinking and decision-making ability. * Effective communication and empathetic interaction with candidates and employees. * Responsibility, professionalism, and adherence to internal policies. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude.
