Job Summary: FIRST STOP is seeking a responsible and organized cook/kitchen assistant eager to work within a dynamic team focused on quality and attention to detail in daily food operations. Schedule: 10 am \- 6 pm Cook / Kitchen Assistant — FIRST STOP We are located on Avenida Universidad, next to the new Ángeles Hospital, at Plaza Paseo Magnolia. At FIRST STOP, we seek individuals with attention to detail, a sense of order, and enthusiasm for working in a clean, organized, and quality-focused kitchen. We are looking for a cook or kitchen assistant who can integrate into a dynamic team and support daily food operations. Responsibilities: a. Prepare and organize your station before service begins. b. Support daily mise en place, ensuring ingredient freshness and availability. c. Prepare and assemble food according to recipes and brand standards. d. Maintain consistent cleanliness and order throughout operations. e. Assist in production, preparation of supplies, and kitchen organization. f. Wash, dry, and store utensils, equipment, and dishware as needed. g. Conduct basic supply inventory checks and report shortages. h. Correctly apply the FEFO system, labeling, and product storage. i. Maintain clean and organized refrigerators, workstations, and areas. j. Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. k. Assist in deep cleaning and kitchen closing procedures at the end of shift. l. Work collaboratively and follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor. m. Contribute to maintaining an orderly, efficient operation aligned with the brand experience.
