**Position Objective** Ensure that fruit shipments arrive on time and in proper condition at our facilities by managing the necessary logistical and administrative processes, as well as the timely control and delivery of maritime and land expense accounts. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate shipments and arrange freight transportation. * Record freight provision invoices. * Prepare and deliver import expense reports. * Monitor logistics timelines and processes to prevent additional costs. **Required Knowledge** **Mandatory:** * Fruit importation (land and sea). * Handling customs entries and coordination with customs agencies. **Desirable:** * Experience in international logistics. * Administrative experience related to imports. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export, preferably in the food industry. * Knowledge of customs procedures and international logistics. * Advanced English (80% or higher). **Expected Results** * Ensure fruit shipments arrive on time and in optimal condition. * Meet deadlines for documentation and expense reporting. * Prevent extra costs due to delays or errors in the logistics process. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: **$17,000 net monthly**. * Statutory benefits \+ company covers income tax (ISR) and employee IMSS contribution. * Growth opportunities within a solid and growing company in the food industry. * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, **7:00 am to 4:00 pm**, with rotating weekend days off. * Work location: **Mercado de Abastos**.
