





### **Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Position Objective** Manage, implement, establish, update, and maintain the necessary processes for the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the requirements established in current **NOM\-241\-SSA1** and **ISO 13485** standards, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency across all organizational processes. * ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Establish and monitor the **annual internal and external audit program** of the QMS. * Analyze audit results and implement **corrective, preventive, and improvement actions**. * Coordinate and follow up on **work meetings, management reviews, and QMS monitoring**. * Maintain the **quality indicators database** up to date and evaluate goal achievement. * Plan the **definition of annual quality objectives and indicators**. * Supervise and ensure **compliance with the Quality Management System**. * Coordinate handling and follow-up of **customer complaints**. * Control system documentation, ensuring no obsolete versions exist. * Safeguard original QMS documentation and ensure traceability. * Coordinate meetings and various activities for proper QMS operation. * Participate in the analysis of **non-conformities** and fulfillment of agreements with stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver internal and external reports timely and accurately. * Maintain effective communication with **customers, suppliers, and internal departments** of the organization. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, QFB, or related field. **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in a similar role within regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related). **Specific Knowledge:** * Interpretation of **ISO 13485** and **NOM\-241\-SSA1**. * Internal auditing and risk analysis. * Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Handling complaints and controlled documentation. * Use of statistical and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Document structure of the Quality Management System. * Intermediate English. **Competencies and Skills:** * Commitment to work quality. * Initiative and technical leadership. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Focus on internal and external customer service. * Teamwork and effective communication. **What We Offer** * **100% Statutory Benefits.** * **5% Savings Fund.** * **Savings Box.** * **Social Benefits Plan.** * **Subsidized Dining Room.** * **Continuous Training and Professional Development.** * **Collaborative and Stable Work Environment.** * **Opportunities for Growth within the Company.** **Join MDC Dental** We are a Mexican company with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing dental medical devices, committed to oral health and quality.
