Validation Chemist Objective: Execute qualification of facilities (areas), equipment, and critical systems; validate manufacturing processes, cleaning processes, computerized systems, and simulated aseptic processing; calibrate instruments; manage qualification and calibration of analytical equipment in accordance with programs, regulations, and guidelines issued by national and foreign health authorities, using protocols/procedures that meet regulatory requirements. Profile Education: Pharmaceutical-Biological Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Biochemist, Bachelor of Chemistry, or related degree. Garbing for classified production areas; basic equipment and area cleaning operations. Development of standard operating procedures, protocols, and reports. Microsoft Office suite; other systems related to qualification and validation. Good documentation practices. National and international guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
