We seek a strategic, results-oriented Operations Manager to coordinate our projects from our office in the Barranca del Muerto area. What will you do with us? Project Management: Oversee the construction life cycle (planning, execution, and delivery). Financial Control: Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization. Team Leadership: Coordinate site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers. Logistics: Ensure timely supply of materials and machinery. Compliance: Guarantee that all projects comply with current safety and quality regulations. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (degree holder). Experience: Minimum 5 years in supervisory or operational management roles within construction companies. Skills: Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Opus/Neodata, Project).
