ON-SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER Job Objective Provide technical support to IT teams, handle incidents, and deliver first-level technical support for our customers' technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, and compliance with established service levels. Main Responsibilities • Handle first-level support tickets and update their status in management tools. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures in computing equipment. • Provide printer support (installation, configuration, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting). • Install and configure Windows operating systems and corporate applications. • Configure and support peripherals (monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, etc.). • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the help desk system. • Escalate incidents to higher support levels or vendors when applicable. • Maintain IT asset inventory and control (equipment, licenses, peripherals). • Prepare, assign, and recover equipment for users (onboarding/offboarding). • Provide remote and on-site user support in a hybrid work environment.
