OBJECTIVE: Participate in coordinating warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and CAP parts vault, ensuring operations are executed with quality and achieving a balanced workload for personnel under supervision. Monitor physical inventory execution, review warehouse processes to propose continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality objectives, and focus on achieving key warehouse operational metrics. Ensure accuracy of records, safety within the team, compliance with warehouse organization and cleanliness standards, as well as control over workforce and tools required to carry out warehouse operations. · JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree. English: Basic Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience Personnel management (problem resolution, support, and follow-up). Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ban, etc.) Knowledge of warehouse movements and inventory management Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. WORK SCHEDULE: Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Night shift (Vesta): 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Saturday. Night shift (Bosques and Montenegro): 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
