Job Summary: A cybersecurity professional with experience in Fortinet firewall administration, capable of designing and implementing perimeter security policies to protect technological infrastructure. Efficient resolution of network incidents and threat prevention. A cybersecurity professional with proven experience in firewall administration, configuration, and maintenance—primarily Fortinet. Capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing perimeter security policies to protect the organization’s technological infrastructure. Threat-prevention oriented, with skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve network incidents. Notable Experience: - Advanced administration of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer). - Configuration of VPNs (IPSec, SSL) and secure network segmentation. - Implementation of access policies and traffic filtering. - Monitoring and log analysis for anomaly detection. - Integration of firewalls with other security solutions (IDS/IPS, WAF, proxies). Technical Skills: - Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient EMS). - Firewalls from other vendors (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point – desirable). - Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF). - Perimeter security and threat management. - LAN/WAN network administration and load balancing. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
