Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the security and access control of facilities, supervising entries and exits, and protecting the company's assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and facility security 2. Risk prevention and incident reporting 3. Assistance in guiding visitors Ensure facility security and access control by monitoring and recording the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles, thereby ensuring compliance with internal access policies and safeguarding the company's assets. **Main Responsibilities** * Control access for employees, visitors, and suppliers using credentials or manual registration. * Verify authorization for entry and exit according to established guidelines. * Maintain daily logs of personnel, vehicle, and material movements. * Conduct scheduled patrols in assigned areas to prevent misconduct or hazards. * Immediately report any abnormal situation, incident, or emergency to the Security Department or direct supervisor. * Verify proper operation of security systems (cameras, alarms, radios, etc.). * Assist in welcoming and guiding visitors or contractors within the facilities. * Comply with internal standards regarding appearance, conduct, and confidentiality. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of the security station. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (access control, security guarding, private security). * **Knowledge:** * Security and access control procedures * Incident logs and reporting * Civil protection regulations and first aid (preferred) * **Skills:** * Observation and attention to detail * Discipline and responsibility * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Honesty and discretion Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
