Job Summary: SMT Process Technician with experience in failure analysis and extensive knowledge of surface mount and final assembly processes. Key Highlights: 1. Tooling definition (stencils, SMT and wave pallets) **SMT Process Technician** **Profile:** * Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related field. Location: Venta del Astillero **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in SMT electronic card processes. Experience in failure analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa). Knowledge of SMT processes (Mandatory): solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, reflow oven profiling. Knowledge of final assembly processes: backend depaneling, conformal coating, wave and selective soldering, screw driving, manual assembly. Tooling definition (Mandatory): stencils, SMT and wave pallets, work holders, presses, preformers, fixtures for manual soldering. Interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics.
