**1.** Check the operation of coffee machines, kitchen equipment, dishwashers, steam kettles, refrigerators, cold storage rooms, freezers, stoves, ventilation systems, and other related equipment. **2.** Inspect sinks and handwashing stations, cleaning them weekly. **3.** Inspect lighting and replace burnt-out bulbs. **4.** Inspect, repair, and maintain the air extraction system. **5.** Open or close vents when requested by AyB. **6.** Inspect Hawaiian curtains. **7.** Inspect the air curtain. **8.** Remove and reinstall mosquito screens for cleaning when necessary. **9.** Turn on exhaust fans at the beginning of daily operations. **10.** Calibrate fryer sprayers, stoves, and gas equipment. **11.** Perform maintenance on the freight elevator. **12.** Inspect that gas, water, drainage, and electrical installations are in good working condition. **13.** Assist in various club activities and needs. **14.** Help set up audio equipment. **15.** Assist in general painting activities at the club. **16.** Notify maintenance supervision of major issues in the locker room area. **17.** Clean fans regularly. **18.** Collaborate with installations, setting up stages and awnings, and dismantling decorations for various celebrations held at the club.
