**LOCATION:** Valle de Santa Cruz, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco **SALARY:** $18,000 to $22,000 monthly **SAFETY, HYGIENE AND ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Environmental regulations through the implementation of preventive programs that guarantee safe working conditions, promote a prevention culture, and ensure regulatory compliance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and execute the Annual Safety and Hygiene Program. * Conduct inspections and internal audits to identify and correct risks. * Monitor safety indicators, training sessions, and drills. * Ensure compliance with current NOM\-STPS and environmental guidelines. * Coordinate emergency brigades, drills, and employee training. * Manage documentation, procedures, and communication with relevant authorities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field. * 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial safety or occupational hygiene. * Knowledge of STPS regulations (NOM\-009, 017, 019, 030, 035\). * Certification in Civil Protection, ISO 45001 or first aid is desirable. * Experience managing indicators, audits, and interactions with authorities. **COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Planning, organization, and attention to detail. * Sense of urgency and results orientation. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation service. * Grocery vouchers. * Employee discounts. * Gym discount. * Discounts and preferential pricing. * Referral program. * Option for indefinite contract.
