**Pedagogical Advisor** *Mission* Ensure the pedagogical relevance, quality, and coherence of content in high school textbooks by validating and adapting instructional materials, guaranteeing compliance with current study plans and addressing present educational needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Review the pedagogical relevance of textbook content, aligning it with curriculum standards. * Adapt content and activities to make them suitable and effective for students. * Collaborate in the development of educational materials applying instructional design principles. * Provide guidance to authors and editors on educational methodologies. * Stay updated on educational trends and apply them in content development. **Required Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or Humanities. * Mastery of pedagogical theories and practices applied to high school education. * Familiarity with official curriculum frameworks and current educational regulations. * Ability to evaluate, structure, and adapt educational materials. * Experience in instructional design. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools. * Preferably, prior experience in a publishing house or familiarity with the creation of pedagogical content. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits + grocery vouchers.
