We operate multiple live brands with active audiences, and much of our content operation is automated. What we seek is human editorial judgment to guide that automation. **Job Description** We are looking for a Growth & Community Intern to manage the presence and growth of three distinct brands: Abarrotech, Leadera, and Nuvnext. Your role is not to mechanically execute instructions — it is to understand what works, why it works, and how to improve using real metrics. **Responsibilities** * Plan and publish content for Abarrotech, Leadera, and Nuvnext across various channels * Identify and test emerging channels: TikTok, communities, strategic partnerships, and new formats * Analyze performance using relevant metrics (saves, shares, conversions) and propose adjustments * Coordinate with the product team on launches and campaigns **Who We’re Looking For** * Ability to write with a distinct voice: clear, direct, and editorially strong * Active curiosity about social media, internet trends, and emerging formats * Capacity to execute effectively with limited resources and without constant supervision * Honesty about which channels you master and which ones you’re still learning * Advanced visual design skills, formal certifications, or a pre-existing personal audience are not required **Stack and Tools** Meta Suite · Notion · Figma · Claude / GPT · LinkedIn · Instagram · TikTok · Buffer **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation for intern program * Access to real digital marketing certifications and AI tools * Mentorship with the person who shapes each brand's voice * Work with real products and genuine, non-simulated metrics * A clear path to full-time employment based on cultural fit * Office in Zapopan, Jalisco · Flexible schedule compatible with classes **How to Apply** Visit **nuvnext.com/carrera/crecimiento\-comunidad** and complete the evaluation wizard.
