Monitor and actively engage with the online community We are looking for a creative, proactive **Community Manager** with excellent communication skills to build and manage our online community. **Key Responsibilities and Functions** **Content Creation:** * Produce attractive visual and textual content * Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to create advertising and organic content assets. **Social Media Management:** * Publish content (text, images, video) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc., tailoring the message to each channel. **Engagement and Customer Service:** * Monitor, respond to, and encourage conversations with the community (comments, direct messages, mentions) promptly and in a brand-aligned tone of voice. * Manage and route customer service or sales inquiries received via social media. **Profile and Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Portfolio or proven success cases in social media management **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X) and knowledge of their business tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.). * Knowledge of scheduling tools * Strong writing, spelling, and storytelling skills. **Personal Skills** * Creativity and Innovation * Excellent Communication * Proactivity * Organization and Time Management * Results Orientation * Teamwork Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
