




**1. CONTEXT** Green Hat is a company dedicated to developing and distributing educational content focused on digital skills for preschool, elementary, and secondary education levels. In its operations, it requires efficient accounting management aligned with current tax regulations. Currently, the company is supported by an external accounting firm (NBD) that oversees tax matters; however, internal leadership is required—capable of operating, supervising, and optimizing accounting and financial processes. **2. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the company’s accounting area, including pre-payroll, payroll, disbursements, receipts, reconciliations, and accounting closings. * Monitor and review compliance with the company’s tax and accounting obligations. * Serve as the direct liaison with the external firm NBD, providing timely and accurate information for tax-related processes. * Design and propose appropriate tax strategies for efficient tax expenditure. * Coordinate and lead the administrative-accounting team, ensuring achievement of internal goals and policies. * Supervise and generate monthly financial reports for decision-making. * Monitor inventory control, fixed assets, and accounts payable/receivable. * Support internal and external audits by providing all required information. * Establish continuous improvement processes within the accounting and finance area. * Ensure correct application of accounting standards in the publishing business. * Invoice preparation. **3. QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting * Specialization or diploma in tax matters (preferred) **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years in similar accounting positions * Prior experience leading teams * Knowledge and experience in tax matters applicable to publishing companies * Experience coordinating with external firms * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQI: PAYROLL AND COMMERCIAL) and Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with platforms such as SAT and SUA (preferred) * Experience implementing tax and tax-savings strategies Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
