Job Summary: Yapsi, a Mexican fintech company, is seeking a Frontend Developer to lead the design and development of the user experience, ensuring performance and visual consistency. Collaborate closely with backend, product, QA, and design teams At Yapsi, a Mexican fintech authorized by CNBV and Banxico, we are looking to onboard a Frontend Developer with experience building complex and scalable interfaces—someone who can lead the design, development, and maintenance of the user experience for our digital products, ensuring performance, accessibility, and visual consistency. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience * Experience developing mobile applications using **Flutter** * **Firebase** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Technical English **Additional Assets:** * **Atomic Design** * Proficiency with **Figma** * **AWS** * Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular) * Webpack, Gulp, or similar tools * Git * Unit and integration testing * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Primary Responsibilities:** * Build modern, accessible, and efficient web interfaces by translating mockups, prototypes, and wireframes into functional digital experiences. * Design and maintain a reusable, scalable, and consistent component architecture, ensuring code maintainability. * Apply optimization techniques to improve load time, rendering, and overall performance, monitoring tests across various devices and browsers. * Implement unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, diagnose complex performance and compatibility issues, and propose frontend architectural improvements. * Implement frontend security measures and ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations. * Collaborate with backend, product, QA, and design teams to align technical and business objectives, actively participating in agile meetings, planning, and retrospectives. * Evaluate new frontend technologies and tools, proposing improvements to processes, architecture, and user experience. **We Offer** * Direct employment contract. * Stability and professional growth within the **regulated Fintech sector**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, on-site mode. * Direct involvement in a growing, regulated financial operation.
