Position Objective To develop, maintain, and optimize institutional applications, participating in the technical definition of solutions, implementation of new functionalities, and continuous improvement of existing systems. Responsibilities * Develop new features in existing applications following development guidelines and best practices. * Participate in the creation and enhancement of internal systems according to business needs. * Resolve technical incidents and propose efficient and sustainable solutions. * Collaborate in defining technical and functional requirements. * Conduct testing, validation, and adjustments to ensure development quality. * Document changes, developments, and technical processes. * Provide maintenance and support for institutional applications. * Collaborate with other departments to understand operational needs and translate them into technological solutions. * Provide technical input on architectural decisions, scalability, and process improvement. * Support code reviews and provide technical mentoring to less experienced team members. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or related field. * Experience in software development and application maintenance. * Proficiency in programming languages oriented toward web or application development. * Experience with databases, service consumption or integration, and resolution of technical incidents. * Ability to work with functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Analytical mindset, organization, and results orientation. * Prior experience in improving internal systems or enterprise platforms is desirable.
