**FDM/FFF 3D Printing Technician – Mid-Level** **Job Description:** We are seeking a mid-level 3D Printing Technician with hands-on experience in large-format FDM/FFF technologies, focused on operating, calibrating, and optimizing 3D printers for design, modeling, and manufacturing of technical and functional parts. **Responsibilities:** * 3D modeling * Configuration and calibration of large-format FDM/FFF 3D printers. * Bed leveling, offset adjustments, and tuning of key printing parameters. * Handling of technical materials: ABS, PETG, ASA, Nylon, PC, and carbon fiber composites. * Preparation and optimization of print files using slicers such as Simplify3D, PrusaSlicer, Tronxy, or similar. * Parameter adjustment based on material type, part geometry, and mechanical requirements. * Identification and resolution of common issues occurring during the printing process. * Support in CAD design and basic engineering tasks for additive manufacturing. * Quality verification of printed parts and compliance with specifications. **Requirements:** * 2–4 years of experience in FDM/FFF 3D printing. * Practical knowledge of printer configuration and calibration. * Experience working with technical materials. * Functional proficiency in slicing software (slicers). * Knowledge of CAD design (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or others). * Technical, organized profile with strong operational problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with local market standards. * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development within technical and innovative projects. * Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
