**Hybrid Work Model:** 80% Remote Work / 20% On-site Fieldwork **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:30–18:00 **Are you passionate about creating visual content that connects and converts on social media?** We are seeking a **Multimedia Specialist** with solid experience in **social media video editing**, **advanced Adobe software proficiency**, and **photography and videography**, capable of bringing creative ideas to life—from planning through final delivery. **Position Objective** To plan, produce, and edit multimedia content focused on **social media**, ensuring visually creative, functional, and strategically aligned deliverables for each client’s objectives. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute multimedia projects targeting social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, short institutional videos, etc.). * Create **scripts, storyboards, and shooting plans** tailored to digital formats. * Conduct **photography and videography** for social media content (on-site fieldwork). * Edit videos optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). * Oversee the full production and post-production process. * Manage technical resources and delivery timelines. * Present progress updates, approvals (VoBos), and final deliverables to internal and external clients. * Coordinate with external vendors when required by the project. * Log and track tasks in the internal management platform. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in **Multimedia Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, Digital Media**, or related fields. * **Proven experience in social media**, specifically in: * Video editing for digital formats. * Visual content production focused on engagement and reach. * **Advanced Adobe Software Proficiency:** * Premiere Pro * After Effects * Audition * Photoshop * Illustrator * Experience with **DSLR cameras, basic lighting, and audio equipment**. * Intermediate English (comprehension). * Availability to travel for on-site shoots (20% of working time). **Ideal Profile** * Creative, organized, and results-oriented. * Excellent visual storytelling ability. * Ability to work under tight deadlines. * Proactive with strong communication skills. * Attention to detail and high quality standards. **We Offer** * **Salary:** MXN $15,000 per month (net) * Statutory benefits. * Hybrid work model (80% Remote Work). * Integration into a creative, collaborative, and strategic team. * Dynamic projects across diverse brands and industries. **If you enjoy creating impactful visual content for social media and master video editing, this opportunity is for you.** **Apply now and join a team where creativity and strategy go hand in hand.** **Please include your reel or demo!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45030, El Carmen Hábitat, Jal.
