This position aims to deliver comprehensive technical support to users, ensuring the correct operation of computer equipment, multifunction printers, and basic network infrastructure through diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, and timely incident response. Hiring begins with a **3-month probationary period to evaluate technical skills and service capabilities**.
