This role combines technical, operational, and direct guest service responsibilities typical of a boutique hotel. **Responsibilities** **Maintenance** * Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms and common areas. * Address daily fault reports (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, air conditioning, etc.). * Inspect equipment and facilities (pumps, water heaters, lighting, air conditioning). * Maintain maintenance logs and records of completed work. * Basic management of tools, materials, and spare parts. **Bell Boy Duties** * Assist with guest arrivals and departures at reception. * Support guests with **luggage** during check\-in and check\-out. * Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic facility usage. * Assist with internal hotel requests and item transfers. * Keep common areas neat and presentable throughout the shift. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years** of general maintenance experience (preferably in hotels or buildings). * Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs. * Good physical condition. * Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with guests. * Operational availability and flexibility. * Responsibility, punctuality, and integrity. **Desired Profile** * Resourceful and organized individual. * Friendly and respectful demeanor. * Sensitivity to hospitality and personalized service. **We Offer** * Job stability. * A professional yet friendly work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * Tools and work equipment.
