Job Summary: We are seeking Payment Solutions Promoters with proven experience in the housing sector to actively promote solutions, provide direct customer service, and build trust-based relationships with customers. Building trust-based relationships with customers We seek Payment Solutions Promoters with verifiable experience, focused specifically on the housing sector (residential subdivisions, housing developments, or sales of housing-related services). REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed high school diploma **(CERTIFICATE MANDATORY).** * **Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.** * **Minimum 1 year of fieldwork experience.** * Experience in both areas is **MANDATORY.** * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Preference for candidates who enjoy working 100% in the field. * Desired experience promoting financial services, payments, collections, or payment solutions in residential environments. * Familiarity with and ability to use the BLUM platform. * Valid motorcycle or automobile driver's license. * Willingness to travel within the state of residence. COMPETENCIES * Strong organizational skills and results orientation * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills * Proficiency in using mobile devices * Experience using account management platforms FUNCTIONS * Active promotion of payment solutions in **residential areas and housing developments**. * Direct customer service (follow-up, clarification of inquiries, and advisory support). * Building trust-based relationships with customers in the housing sector. * Reporting of activities and outcomes. * Recording visit results on the mobile platform. * Delivering official notifications from the institution. * Preparing reports.
