We are expanding our team and seeking talent like yours for the following position: Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade (degree certified) * Knowledge of customs operations * Familiarity with the IMMEX and PROSEC programs * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Advanced Excel skills * Advanced English (C1\) * Annex 24 Candidate Profile: We seek a proactive and responsible professional with **excellent effective communication skills**, highly organized, and possessing **strong attention to detail**, capable of efficiently and accurately managing foreign trade operations. Job Responsibilities: * Advise clients on matters related to foreign trade * Analyze data from customs assessments or data staging * Manage procedures before VUCEM (IMMEX, PROSEC, CIVA, permits, Rule Eight) * Review import and export customs declarations (internal audits) * Prepare and review customs documentation * Foster collaborative relationships with authorities, clients, and customs brokers * Consult various portals to verify customs compliance * Track shipments * Identify the correct use of Incoterms for the company \*Willingness to travel Early Fridays: departure at 3:00 pm Half-day off on birthday Performance bonus SGMM Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and motivating environment.
