**Educational Advisor (sales)** **Requirements** Completed technical or bachelor's degree. **Minimum 1 year of experience in educational sales (courses, workshops, undergraduate programs)** Experience in customer service. Desirable experience in school administration. **Responsibilities** * Promote and sell the institute's courses, workshops, and certification programs, achieving established sales targets. * Manage the institute's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) by responding to questions, comments, and direct messages. * Provide clear and detailed information about academic programs and enrollment requirements. * Follow up with prospective students until they complete the enrollment process. * Register students in the appropriate database or system. * Send access credentials and preliminary instructions prior to the start of classes (platforms, dates, schedules, instructors). * Initiate and support virtual classes. * Monitor payments and prepare basic collection reports. * Availability to attend events/graduations and provide assistance. **We Offer** * Salary: $12,000 \- $15,000 net monthly (depending on experience). * Commissions * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
