Job Summary: Ensures a healthy cash flow through timely billing, effective collections management, and adherence to credit policies, while maintaining appropriate customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage overdue accounts receivable recovery and payment follow-up 2. Prepare collections reports, aging of balances, and KPIs 3. Ensure compliance with internal credit and collections policies **Vacancy: Billing and Collections Manager** **Job Objective** Ensure a healthy cash flow through timely billing, effective collections management, and compliance with credit policies, while maintaining appropriate customer relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise issuance, validation, and delivery of invoices and payment complements (CFDI 4.0) * Manage overdue accounts receivable recovery and payment follow-up * Reconcile accounts receivable and clean up balances * Address and resolve customer inquiries and clarifications * Prepare collections reports, aging of balances, and KPIs * Supervise and monitor team members in the department * Ensure compliance with internal credit and collections policies **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * ERP system proficiency * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) * Knowledge of current tax legislation * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) * Leadership, negotiation skills, results orientation, and attention to detail **Key Performance Indicators to Manage** * Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) * % of overdue accounts receivable * Billing accuracy * Invoice issuance time **Offer** * **Col.
