Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control, and adherence to FIFO policies, while maintaining order and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Technical training in logistics or supply chain. 2. Proficiency in tools (Excel, Word) and ERP/WMS systems (preferred). 3. Organization, responsibility, and proactivity. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in logistics, supply chain, or related field. * Experience in warehouse operations. * Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and inventory control. * ERP or WMS system experience preferred. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proficiency in tools (Excel, Word). * Ability to identify and handle product codes and labels. * Good physical condition to handle medium loads. * Forklift operator license (preferred). * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity. * Basic English (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** **Materials Receiving:** * Receive materials according to purchase orders. * Verify quantities, physical conditions, and specifications. * Immediately report any anomalies or damage detected. * Supply materials to production and/or sales as required. * Comply with FIFO (First In, First Out) policy. * Accurately record outgoing transactions in the system. * Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories. * Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records. * Maintain an orderly and categorized warehouse. * Record incoming and outgoing transactions in ERP/WMS. * Generate inventory reports as needed by the department. * Comply with safety standards for material handling. * Apply 5S methodology to maintain a clean and organized warehouse. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments regarding material status. * Support material inspection and discrepancy resolution. **Benefits:** * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund (FONACOT) * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 30-day year-end bonus * 60% vacation bonus Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
