Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager to optimize the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in accordance with internal procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS). Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers Position: Procurement Manager At Resortes y Pernos de Occidente, we are growing and looking for someone passionate about engineering. What will be your objective? Optimize the procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, in compliance with internal procedures and requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). Main Responsibilities: * Adhere to job-specific procedures and policies * Ensure procurement of materials, supplies, services, and personal protective equipment according to the requesting department’s requirements * Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers, evaluate options, and issue authorized purchase orders * Track deliveries, manage discrepancies, and validate deliveries through physical and documentary inspection * Administer petty cash per procedure * Digitally store all procurement documents and ensure traceability * Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in supply conditions * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines within authorized limits * Generate and issue purchase orders authorized by the Administrative Manager * Resolve discrepancies among purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices Required Profile: * Minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Manager or Procurement Coordinator in the metal-mechanical sector * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Finance, or related field * Diploma or specialization in Procurement Management or Strategic Sourcing * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems We Offer: * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Birthday bonus Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Location: Puerto Tenacatita \#510\-A, Col.
