Job stability **FAVMA is seeking a Payroll and REPSE Analyst in Zapopan, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------- **Payroll and REPSE Analyst** ------------------------------ Zapopan, Jalisco \| On-site A leading company in the design, manufacturing, and installation of industrial metal structures. ### **Job Objective** You will be responsible for executing and monitoring payroll processes and fulfilling obligations before labor authorities and social security institutions, ensuring accuracy, order, and regulatory compliance. ### **Responsibilities** * Timely and accurate payroll processing and control * Management of personnel transactions with IMSS and INFONAVIT (registrations, terminations, modifications) * Operation of platforms: SUA, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT * Preparation and submission of REPSE reports (ICSOE and SISUB) * Validation of payroll calculations and employer-employee contributions * Tracking of incidents and administrative files * Support to employees and internal clients * Assistance in audits and regulatory compliance * Coordination with accounting, administrative, and HR departments ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Administration, HR, or related field * +2 years of payroll experience * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, IMSS, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT * Knowledge of REPSE, ICSOE, and SISUB * Basic understanding of labor legislation * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Results-oriented and service-focused mindset ### **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits \- hybrid scheme * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Excellent work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco (on-site) **Desired education level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * organization * detail-oriented * problem-solving *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a06068836000036008e224e\&source\=indeed*
