Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries At AZYCO, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team and contribute to ensuring accurate, timely, and regulation-compliant payroll processes. **Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and processing (weekly/biweekly) * Incident tracking (absences, tardiness, overtime, etc.) * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Management of SUA, IDSE, and compliance with IMSS * Payroll stamping and CFDI management * Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, or similar) * Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and Income Tax (ISR) * High level of confidentiality and attention to detail **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment If you are interested, apply through this channel or send your updated CV to comunicacion@azyco.com.mx Salary: Starting from $22,919.70 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
