Interior Designer – Store Manager

MO GDL DESIGNS is seeking an **Interior Designer – Store Manager** with a **Total Responsibility mindset**, capable of operating a store as if it were their own and representing the brand’s service and design standards. Your responsibilities: * Advise, design, and close sales of furniture, kitchens, and furnishings. * Present clear and functional design proposals to clients. * Provide end-to-end order and delivery follow-up until customer satisfaction is achieved. * Operate the store efficiently, autonomously, and with sound judgment. * Resolve issues while prioritizing the customer experience. * Represent MO GDL DESIGNS’ values and standards. What we’re looking for: * Experience in interior design, design, or consultative sales. * High accountability, organization, and follow-up capability. * Ability to work autonomously, without constant supervision. * Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset. * Strong personal values and customer orientation. Design and tools: * **We require the ability to present kitchen and furnishing proposals in 3D.** * **Experience in rendering will be considered a differentiating factor.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Application questions: * Have you been fully responsible for the results of a store or department (sales, customers, orders, and follow-up)? * Do you feel comfortable following up with a customer from the point of sale through final furniture delivery? * Do you prefer working autonomously, using your own judgment without constant supervision? * If a customer is dissatisfied, would you prioritize resolving the issue even if it affects a sale? * Do you consider yourself organized and punctual in tracking pending tasks? * Are you comfortable with a compensation structure consisting of a base salary plus variable commissions? * Are you available to work in-store in person, including weekends? * This position requires operating the store as if it were your own.
