




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and ensuring procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, establishing strategic agreements, and analyzing price trends to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic supplier negotiation 2. Purchase forecasting and trend analysis 3. Supplier development and evaluation • Execute and ensure requested purchases in accordance with established guidelines. • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quantities, commercial terms, quality, and service levels for requested equipment and supplies. • Establish strategic agreements with suppliers to improve relationships and commercial conditions. • Identify, select, evaluate, and develop suppliers of equipment and supplies. • Stay updated on price trends and improvements in equipment and supplies offered by Intermaq. • Ensure compliance with the procurement procedure. • Conduct price analysis for spare parts and other supplies. • Periodically review inventories of equipment and spare parts. • Participate with General Management, Operations, and Administration in decision-making regarding equipment to be purchased over the next 6 months. • Provide procurement process tracking reports, status updates, and price trend analyses. • Verify that prices quoted for spare parts and components are accurate. • Perform annual purchase forecasting analysis for equipment and spare parts, generate comparative analyses, and provide information to support decision-making. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business, Commerce, or related fields. • Specialized studies in planning and procurement. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and field. • 2 years of experience in purchasing manufacturing equipment.
