Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with proven experience in construction budgeting for vertical, horizontal, and urban development projects, capable of managing multiple projects. Expertise in analyzing and integrating unit price cards Description $27,000 per month Employment Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Work Location: On-site Benefits • Statutory benefits • Weekly payment PROFILE · Civil Engineer · 7+ years of experience · Residency in Guadalajara · Professional degree with official license (preferred) · On-site office work (majority of time) and site visits to developments as required (personal vehicle required) CONSTRUCTION BUDGETING We seek a candidate with proven experience in construction budgeting within the building and urban development sector, capable of independently managing more than two projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is dynamic, responsible, reliable, punctual, proactive, possesses a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrates an excellent service attitude. Requirements: · Management of projects exceeding 15,000 m² of construction area · Excellent ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP engineering drawings · Knowledge of construction systems and project execution · Familiarity with suppliers to conduct appropriate market research and quote all materials required for project scope · Negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors · Knowledge of urban development works, including sanitary drainage, potable water, stormwater drainage, pavements, earthworks, etc. · Knowledge of hydrosanitary, gas, fire protection (PCI), HVAC, and electrical installations · Knowledge of connections for various piping materials · Quantification and volume calculation for horizontal, vertical housing, and urban development works · Expertise in analyzing and integrating unit price cards across all work categories · Development of construction catalogs · Preparation of construction budgets for horizontal housing, vertical housing, and infrastructure · Parametric budgeting · Review of construction schedules and cash flow forecasts · Creation and review of construction volumetric generators using BIM models · Consolidation and preparation of budget vs. actual expenditure reports · Review of costs for all materials to be used on-site · BIM modeling for vertical and horizontal housing, data extraction from models, and data organization · Preparation of purchase requisitions in EK · Knowledge of budget loading and adjustments in EnKontrol · Preparation of construction schedules Software · Neodata Unit Price Database · Advanced Revit · BIM Methodology · Dynamo · Project · Advanced Excel and programming · Enkontrol · Navisworks · PowerBI · Artificial Intelligence . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience Age: between 27 and 40 years Skills: Autodesk Revit, Neodata, Budgeting Keywords: analyst
