Business Development and Customer Service Executive

Description

**Objective:** Provide customer service to prospects generated through social media, the company website, and digital campaigns, as well as contact and develop new business opportunities in the hotel, restaurant, real estate, and construction sectors. The role aims to convert initial interest into tangible sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s commercial growth. **Responsibilities:** * Follow up with prospects via digital channels and phone calls. * Contact and develop new potential customers. * Update and manage information in the CRM. * Assist in preparing quotations and tracking orders. * Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Commerce. * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or customer service. * Basic CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). * Excellent writing, communication, and customer service skills. * Experience in the hotel, furniture, or interior design sector is desirable. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 to $18,000 (gross monthly). * Performance-based bonuses (average monthly amount between $10,000 and $15,000, uncapped). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Excellent work environment and commercial support. **Location:** Av.
