Strict adherence to safety protocols We are looking for a highly skilled Backhoe Loader Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently for construction and earthmoving projects in the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Responsibilities: Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, grading, material loading, and trenching. Conduct preventive maintenance checks (fluid levels, lubrication, etc.) before and after each shift. Strictly comply with safety protocols and site regulations. Follow instructions from the site supervisor or project manager. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years operating a backhoe loader (verifiable). Knowledge of basic machinery maintenance. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to various work sites within the Zapopan/Jalisco area. Responsible, punctual individual focused on safe work practices. We Offer Salary: $4200 net per week Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) Job stability and timely payments Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
