Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of security and cleaning teams 2. Management of security systems and incident resolution 3. Participation in recruitment and security projects Coordinate security personnel. Address equipment needs within the area. Handle security-related reports, as well as those requiring monitoring. Supervise and improve adherence to security protocols. Address failures in security systems, Eskayser, and IMVS400. Report any malfunctions of security tools such as barriers, fences, and sensors for prompt attention. Implement continuous improvement processes and monitor security devices within the area. Personnel incidents. Recruitment, selection, file integration, and hiring of security personnel. Handle reports of failures and maintenance of security units. Supply and manage gasoline for condominium vehicles and lawn mowers. Address and track third-party damage repairs. Supervise cleaning personnel. Support the administrator.
