Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to receive, organize, and dispatch products, conduct inventories, and maintain warehouse order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive, inspect, and register materials and products 2. Prepare orders and shipments according to work orders 3. Conduct periodic physical inventories and maintain records Warehouse Assistant **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and register materials and products entering the warehouse. * Store products according to established specifications. * Prepare orders and shipments according to work orders. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and keep system records up to date. * Assist in loading and unloading goods. * Label and organize products to facilitate location and handling. * Verify product conditions and report any anomalies. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness while complying with safety regulations. * Collaborate on inventory control and report shortages or overages. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses or similar positions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in basic warehouse tools. * Familiarity with inventory systems and basic technological tools. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards. **Work Location** * Plaza Concentro Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break, Bi-weekly payment Statutory benefits Savings fund Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,500.00 - $12,400.00 per month Benefits: * Referral program * Free uniforms Education: * Completed secondary school (Preferred) Experience: * Warehouse assistant: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
