




Position Summary: Provide support for in-store operational floor activities by executing sales processes, merchandise placement, and customer service to achieve operational and commercial metrics. Be part of a team that values dedication and growth Provide support for in-store operational floor activities by executing the corresponding operational processes related to sales, merchandise placement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the operational and commercial metrics of the assigned store. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable placement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper front-facing and labeling to classify merchandise and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise placement and store presentation. * Handle customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing to deliver excellent service reflected in successful point-of-sale transactions and respond via telephone to customer calls for clarification regarding specific products or orders. * Accurately execute cash register transactions involving cash or credit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register payment policy to ensure effective payment processing and sales transaction closure. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
