Job Summary: We are seeking a recently graduated Civil Engineer or Architect for project conceptualization and quantification, with emphasis on office-based work. Key Highlights: 1. A work environment that values attitude and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Training * Technical growth * Economic growth * Starting salary: $11,000\. for the first three months of training; salary adjustments are made every three months based on performance. **Job Responsibilities:** * Project conceptualization using AutoCAD as a tool. * Quantification of projects, whether for construction tenders and/or projects assigned to the company. * Quantifications to be performed include: concrete structures, steel structures, masonry and finishes, all in Excel files. * 100% office-based work **Education and Experience:** * Civil Engineer or Architect (recent graduate \- Intern or degree holder, not current students) * Positive attitude and strong team spirit. * Ability to work under pressure. * Candidate seeking learning and growth. * Preferably residing within the Guadalajara metropolitan area **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in PC use, strong Excel \& AutoCAD skills for plan review. * Basic knowledge of construction area measurement, project conceptualization, and comparative analysis. * Orderliness and cleanliness in work, willingness and positive attitude toward continuous learning, availability.
