Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with product specifications, release production lines, and conduct physicochemical analyses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Determine acceptance or rejection of products 2. Release production lines and review allergen labeling 3. Conduct physicochemical analyses and scale validations **QUALITY ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: High school diploma or Technical degree in Food Science * Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety * No access restrictions to the work location: San Juan de Ocotán **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Determine acceptance or rejection of PRODUCTS based on compliance with internal specifications * Release production lines at the start and end of shifts; release cleaning procedures between allergen changeovers; review allergen labeling according to established criteria * Approve or reject in-process or finished products according to established criteria * Perform applicable physicochemical analyses on finished or in-process products * Conduct scale validations * Collect retention samples * Review GMP compliance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,240.00 \- $2,498.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the food industry?
