Negotiation with courier companies and process optimization ***Logistics and Operations Manager*** Company: Power Golden – Dietary Supplements **Job Objective:** Lead and optimize Power Golden's supply chain, ensuring herbal products are efficiently delivered to distribution centers and dealer networks nationally and internationally. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Inventory management and stock control. \- Supervision of distribution and transportation; negotiation with courier companies (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta). \- Optimization of picking, packing, and shipping processes. \- Implementation of logistics KPIs (delivery times, shipping costs, shrinkage). \- Reporting results to senior management. \- Compliance with transportation and storage regulations. \- Strict application of FIFO (First In, First Out). \- Maintaining workplace cleanliness and order in accordance with hygiene standards. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in logistics. \- Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), supplement, or multi-level marketing (MLM) companies. \- Proficiency in NETZEN systems, ERP (or similar), and advanced Excel. \- Competencies: strategic leadership, problem-solving, cost efficiency. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **We Offer:** \- Monthly salary: **$40,000** (paid biweekly). \- Indefinite-term contract. \- Statutory benefits. \- Discounts on our own brand.
