Objective: Supervise and verify the packaging and conditioning process of cosmetic products, as well as manage assigned personnel, consistently pursuing efficiency and quality based on Good Manufacturing Practices and adherence to departmental performance indicators. ***Profile:*** · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. · Educational background in Industrial Engineering or related field. · Leadership, planning, and team management skills. · Experience and knowledge of ISO, BPM, and Lean Manufacturing work methodologies. · Availability to work in Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. · Working schedule: Evening shift, Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ***Responsibilities:*** * Take over the shift by verifying line status, materials, personnel, equipment, and area conditions. * Review the packaging plan and objectives defined by plant management. * Balance workload according to available personnel and daily objectives assigned per line. * Initiate line operations, verifying correct equipment usage and functionality, area cleanliness, and absence of materials from previous batches; conduct periodic inspections throughout the shift. * Perform machinery and equipment adjustments jointly with the maintenance and quality process responsible. * Report packaging line UPH (Units Per Hour) to the Production Manager hourly. * Request appropriate packaging and bulk materials corresponding to authorized conditioning orders between line leader and quality inspector. * Submit productivity reports every two hours during the shift and deliver them to the immediate supervisor. * Issue maintenance work orders and facilitate scheduled line downtime for maintenance activities. * Inspect personnel compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and document non-conformances when required. * Manage personnel needs in coordination with the Human Resources department.
